2016 had it's ups and downs, but it was a stellar year for salmon.
A huge salmon run of nearly 54 million Sockeye Salmon to Bristol Bay and increased prices to fishermen resulted in a great fishing season.
Our website launched in May, and we couldn't be happier with the response. Thank YOU, our customer, for your business and support.
This holiday season, we had the opportunity to give back. We chose to partner with Harvesters, an award winning 501(c)3 non-profit organization and certified member of Feeding America, a nationwide network of more than 200 food banks.
Harvester's headquarters is located near our midwest warehouse, and their friendly staff were excited to get the donation of wild salmon in their doors. We arranged a time, and Harvesters sent a truck to pick up the pallet of just over 550 pounds of salmon fillets.
We couldn't be happier to partner with such a reputable organization, and to provide people in need with healthy, delicious meals.
Thanks again for your business and support. Happy New Year, and we hope your new year's resolution is to eat more wild salmon! Order yours HERE.
Your friend and fisherman,
